ear cartilage piercing?
I had the cartilage in my right ear pierced at new years, and its been a while since it healed, it didn't hurt at all. So I put in a new earring this morning. Its just a regular onyx stud, with a 20g stainless steel post, and I soaked it in claire's antiseptic before I put it in. It kinda hurts a little bit and I can feel it pulsing, and its a little red. Is this normal for cartilage piercings when you first switch out earrings?
It is COMPLETELY normal. I've been pierced up there twice, and that happens all the time. You must've just hurt it. Wait a few days for it to heal, if it not done in a week and it is swelling, go to the doctors. NEVER GET PIERCED AT CLAIRES. THEY ARE VERY CHEAP, AND 97% OF THEIR CLIENTS HAVE BEEN INFECTED. THEY DO NOT STERALIZE VERY WELL AND USE VERY CHEAP MACHINES. JUST TO BE WARNED!
