Question about belly piercings. Is my belly ring rejecting?
It seems like the bar is way too long. Do you think it's rejecting or is it ok? It doesn't hurt or anything, I just an a little concerned. Do any of your belly piercings look like this?

I still wash it 3x a day with antibacterial soap like my piercer told me, and I only had the dangle-y ring in for this picture (showed the length of the bar best) I don't wear this ring on a regular basis. If it was infected, wouldn't it hurt?
it doesn't look good. i know that's not what they pierced it with, so, you have changed the jewerly too soon. navels take 6-9 months or more to heal. no sooner. i know a lot of bad piercers will tell you that you can change it in a couple months, or whatever, but that is really bad advice.
you've got a lot of irritation going on there. and perhaps a mild infection. having that dangly is only making things worse. i'm sure you are not caring for it properly. so, if its not rejecting, it's infected. if it's not infected, it's rejecting. either way, you got problems.
you need to go to a qualified piercer and have them remove that piece of crap and put in a new, sterile navel bar ( the kind you were pierced with, but not the same old dirty one). then, go to safepiercing.org and follow their aftercare guidelines. if you can do this tomorrow, you should see some change by sunday
