If you have Multiple Sclerosis, how do you know when your body is telling you it is time to slow?
I was diagnosed w/ MS earlier this year. Thinking I had a stroke last Dec. they finally diagnosed it as a MS flare up - paralysed for 3 months left side. disabled speech and had double vision. Still having problems, numbness, dizziness, confusion. last Tuesday had a bad problems, couldn't think straight and the left foot drug. Doing MRI to see if active again. On avonex. When i think I feel fine I do things then next day start going down again. Is it because I am doing certain things or is it a coincidence. Even house work wears me down right now. It is very agravating, knowing that there are things that need to be done, and everyone around is telling me to slow down, when i don't think i am going too fast. how do you cope?
